Linda Willard lives in Chevy Chase Village with her husband, Stephen, and her three children, Stephen, John Talbott and Julia. Linda and her family moved from Washington, D.C. to the Village in 2010.
Linda is an environmental and legislative attorney who has worked in both public and private practice. She was a counsel to the U.S. Senate Committee on Environment and Public Works, and she was an attorney at Verner, Liipfert and Sullivan & Worcester. She has served most recently as a counsel and senior policy adviser for the TCH Group.
She has been a tireless volunteer in her children’s schools, serving for the past two years as Secretary to the St. Albans School Parents’ Association and for the past six years as Co-Chair of the Book Fair at Beauvoir School. With her husband, she donated time and resources to the Smithsonian and the Washington National Cathedral. In 2018, Linda was a candidate for Delegate to the Maryland General Assembly.
Linda has an undergraduate degree in History with a minor in Theology from Georgetown University and a law degree from the Georgetown University Law Center.
