Power Outage Impacted Village Hall

About one hour ago, a transformer blew on Connecticut Avenue at Bradley Lane  causing an outage to several Village homes, the traffic light and the Village Hall. The power was restored by PEPCO just a few minutes ago, however, during the outage the Village Hall's backup generator malfunctioned leaving the Hall without power including our phone lines.  If you attempted to call the Village Hall in the last hour you were unable to get through due to the power outage.
