The Speaker Series Presents Arch Campbell

For the month of November the Speaker Series will have none other than local Film Critic Arch Campbell.  Mr. Campbell has reported on movies, theatre and entertainment in Washington DC and nationally since the 1970’s. The Washington Post calls him a “local legend,” who has appeared regularly on Washington television for more than 40 years.

In 2015, Washingtonian Magazine named him a “Washingtonian of the Year” as one of the city’s leading arts advocates. He has won eight EMMY awards. In 2007, he received the Mayor’s Arts Award for coverage of Washington’s cultural scene.
