Western Avenue Closed in Both Directions

Western Avenue is closed in both direction between Chevy Chase Circle and Cedar Parkway.  A Ride-On Bus knocked down a utility pole and Pepco will be repairing the pole and wires. At this time we do not know when the repairs will be completed.  There may be some additional traffic moving through the Village as repairs continue.  Chevy Chase Village Police are monitoring the situation.
