2020 Flu Clinic at the Village Hall

Please review the below information regarding this year’s procedures for ensuring a COVID-safe clinic:

• Interested participants must call the Communications Center at 301-654-7300 to schedule a time-slot.
  
  
• Participants, especially those using Medicare Part B, are highly encouraged to stop by the Hall on October 21 between 2:30 and 4:00 to complete the required forms and process payment.  Participants who do not pre-pay should arrive ten minutes prior to their appointment time to complete the forms and payment.
