September 22 is National Voter Registration Day
Make sure you and eligible members of your household
are registered to vote by October 13
Today is National Voter Registration Day, which is a nonpartisan civic holiday to ensure that all eligible Americans are registered to vote. First observed in 2012 and endorsed by the Association of Secretaries of State, the holiday has prompted more than 3 million individuals to register to vote. Because this year’s voting is taking place amid a pandemic, it’s more important than ever that every eligible American is not only registered, but has a plan in place for how their voice will be heard on November 3, 2020.
