Today is CENSUS DAY….Have you responded yet?

Reminder that today, April 1, 2020, is Census Day.  While this is not a deadline, when you respond, you will report who resides within your home as of today’s date.

In mid-March, all Village households were mailed an invitation with your access code to respond to the 2020 Decennial Census.  As of March 30, the response rate from Village households is at 50.8%, well above the State-wide response of 38%. Bravo!!

We know that minds are understandably preoccupied with the national health emergency, but remember to take a few minutes to perform your civic duty and respond to the census.  The good news: responding has never been easier.  Responses may be submitted online, by phone, or by mail. Let’s work together to get the Village to a 100% response rate!
