The Chevy Chase Village Manager and staff exist to deliver essential and desired government services to the residents of Chevy Chase Village.
In each department's attempt to fulfill this mission, there are related needs for vehicles, equipment, communications tools etc. Each departmental need has a recurring expense, maintenance needs and authorization and use protocols and requirements.
The Chevy Chase Village Operational Plan is an informative document for the Board, staff and residents in understanding the tools and processes necessary to perform daily operations.
The plan will be amended periodically by the Village Manager in consultation with Department Heads due to staffing, budgetary or other changes and developments. Substantive changes shall be subject to review by the Board of Managers.
