- A- 1828: 20 West Lenox Street: Removal of a 33” diameter Beech treelocated near the south side of the main building. - Approved
- A-5311 – Renewed Permit Request: 9 West Lenox Street: To replace and expand an existing asphalt driveway with a concrete paver driveway. The proposed apron and turnaround area would be located on private property and would have a maximum width of fifty-four (54) feet. - Continued
- A-1830: 26 West Irving Street: Removal of
(A) One - 10.0-inch diameter Red Bud tree;
(B) One - 22.0-inch diameter Dawn Redwood tree;
(C) One - 11.0-inch Pagoda Dogwood tree; and
(D) One - 12.5-inch Ussurian Pear tree
to accommodate new construction and a implementation of a new landscape plan. - Approved with the execption of item "B" - A-5715: 6000 Western Avenue: Construct an accessory building in the Brookville Road and Western Avenue front yards of the property. The proposed accessory building would be seventeen feet, five inches (17'-5”) from the Brookville Road front property line at its closest point and a portion would abut the Western Avenue front property line. - Approved

(b) construct a pool, a portion of which would be located thirteen (13) feet, two and one-half (2 ½) inches from the north property line;
(c) construct a pool apron, a portion of which would be located nine (9) feet, two and one-half (2 ½) inches from the north property line; and
(d)construct a pool enclosure fence measuring five (5) feet in height. A portion of the fence, measuring seventy-four (74) feet in length, would be located forward of the Laurel Parkway front building line.
(e) construct a pool within twenty-five (25) feet of the - A-5749: 7 West Kirke Street: Construct a pool enclosure fence measuring five (5) feet in height. A portion of the fence, measuring twenty-five (25) feet in length would be located within the Laurel Parkway public right-of-way.
- A-1813: 16 Newlands Street: Removal of a 25” diameter White Oak tree located at the southeast corner of the property. - Approved
- A-5741: 21 East Melrose Street: To replace and partially relocate that portion of an existing wooden stockade fence located in the Brookville Road public right-of-way, measuring six (6) feet in height. The new fence would be fifty-five and one-half (55.5) feet in length and would be located three and one-half (3.5) feet from the nearest edge of the paved surface of Brookville Road, at its closest point. - Approved
- A-5742: 102 East Kirke Street: To reconstruct three (3) stone pillars measuring four (4) feet in height located in the Brookville Road public right-of-way; and to be located eight (8) inches from the proposed Brookville Road public sidewalk at their closest point. - Approved
